Wine tour

Several years ago, I was lucky enough to take a trip to San Francisco with my girls Sarah and Martha. We had a great time seeing the sights and just hanging out. One of the highlights of our trip was of course our Winery tour which I am finally getting around to scrapping thanks to a challenge posted over at one of my favorite sites Creative Scrapbooking Divas. We got to visit five different wineries as sample quite a variety of wines and champagnes. It was a great day. The challenge was to use an acrostic on your page. Acrostic poems are simple poems in which the first letter of each line forms a word or phrase vertically. An acrostic poem can describe the subject or even tell a brief story about it. Funday Monday

Hi! I just finished this page for the Funday Monday Square it Up Challenge over on Creative Scrapbooking Divas. Everything in the layout had to be right angles, no rounded corners or flourishes. I used Bazil cardstock, GCD Studios patterned paper, Happiness is..Memory Blocks from Wish in the Wind and Square gem stickers from Making Memories. I love the fun that is shown in these photos of my son and daughter preparing dinner for my birthday. Hi! This is my first blog post and I'm so excited! I've been scrapping for a few years now and really loving it.
